An independent studio, building for the long term.
Onward Grove LLC is an independent software studio based in Austin, Texas, formed in 2026. We design and build our own consumer software products, and we intend to be around to support them for years - not to flip them.
What we do
We build calm, privacy-first apps for everyday life. Our first product is PaceOwl, a personal-finance app that shows people what is safe to spend and explains its math. More products will follow the same principles.
The name
Onward and Grove: ventures growing together while moving forward. It is a reminder of how we want to build - steadily, patiently, and in a direction we are proud of.
How we build
Privacy by default, simplicity on purpose, and honesty by design. We collect as little data as we can, we cut features before we add confusion, and our products show their work.
